2024 Kia Carnival: New Look Captures Hearts, Starting Price Revealed

2024 Kia Carnival : Kia India is planning to launch the Carnival SU in the domestic market soon. The Korean auto giant is testing the upcoming MPV on Indian roads ahead of its next launch.

The 2024 Kia Carnival is now available in most global markets. It was discontinued in the Indian market due to strict emission norms. Let’s find out about the minivan next.

What’s so special about the 2024 Kia Carnival?

The spy pictures of the new Carnival shared on social media reveal that the MPV will retain most of the design elements introduced in its next-generation avatar.

Kia unveiled the next-generation Carnival with the KA4 codename at the Auto Expo 2023. A global-spec model and a test mule spotted in India reveal that the design of the concept has been carried over to the production version as well.

2024 Kia Carnival Engine and Performance

The upcoming model is expected to be powered by a 2.2-litre 4-cylinder turbodiesel engine. Which can generate power of around 200 PS.

Kia may also include a 1.6-litre hybrid petrol engine with the Carnival. The Carnival will compete directly with the Toyota Innova Highcross when launched.

2024 Kia Carnival Design Update

Spy photos show the Carnival test mule with updated headlights and taillights, a redesigned grille and unique LED DRLs. At the rear, Kia will introduce connected LED taillights and a redesigned bumper.

2024 Kia Carnival Interior and Features

There are no spy photos of the interior yet. The new Carnival is expected to feature a 12.3-inch touchscreen, digital driver display, rear infotainment screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless charger, automatic climate control, 360 camera degrees and front screen.

Kia is expected to offer the new Carnival with at least two seating options. Which includes 7- and 9-seater version.
