You must have heard how beneficial garlic, which enhances the taste of food, is for our health. Both Ayurveda and modern science accept the health benefits of garlic.

Talking about some benefits, it maintains cholesterol level in the body, is beneficial for the heart, works to increase immunity, keeps the digestive system healthy and there are many other things in which garlic helps us.

But do you know that garlic, which is beneficial for internal health, is also very beneficial for your skin and hair. Garlic oil works to remove daily skin problems and hair problems. So, along with knowing the benefits of garlic oil, let us also know the easy way to make it.

Eliminate skin allergies and blemishes

Garlic has antifungal properties. Due to which it proves to be very helpful in dealing with many skin related problems. Apart from this, many nutrients like vitamin C, selenium, zinc and copper are found in garlic, which help in getting rid of blemishes by eliminating skin allergies.

Along with this, anti-inflammatory properties are also found in garlic which are helpful in removing the problem of acne from the skin.

Applying a drop of garlic oil on the face daily also provides relief from the problem of pimples and makes the skin glow.

Garlic oil reduces hair fall

Garlic oil is also very beneficial for hair. Nowadays the problem of hair fall has become quite common. This problem can be reduced to a great extent with garlic oil. Massaging the scalp with garlic oil increases blood circulation in the scalp, which reduces hair fall to a great extent.

Along with this, applying garlic oil also removes dryness and dandruff of hair. Massaging garlic oil at least twice a week can be very beneficial for hair.

How to make garlic oil at home

To make garlic oil at home, first peel three-four cloves of garlic. Now crush them well. Now put some olive oil or coconut oil in a pan.  Add crushed garlic to it and heat it on low flame for 2 minutes.

After this turn off the gas flame and leave the oil to cool. When the oil cools down completely, filter it through a thin sieve and store it in a glass bottle.

Now use it in small quantities as per your need. Take special care that using garlic oil in excess can also be harmful.
