Huawei”s Revolutionary Leap: The World”s First 10-Inch Tri-Fold Smartphone

Although we have seen such innovative devices at tech events before, they have not yet entered the market. The company has now confirmed the launch of its thrice-folding phone in China next week.

Huawei CEO Richard Yu confirmed on social media that the company’s grand event will take place next week. The Weibo post confirms that this event will take place on September 10 at 2:30 pm.

According to Indian time, the event will be at 12:30 pm. On the poster for this event, a thrice-folding phone is visible.

You’ll get a 10-inch tablet-like display

The Chinese tech brand’s thrice-folding phone will have a 10-inch primary foldable display, similar to a tablet. This phone has the capability to fold two screens inwards and one outwards.

This way, the device will have a dual hinge system, and its design will be very thin. The new phone has the company’s in-house Kirin 9 series processor.

In addition to this, Huawei may incorporate a circular camera module for primary photography purposes.

It is anticipated that Huawei’s new phones will incorporate numerous AI features and offer unique AI functionality. This will be the world’s first smartphone to fold three times.

Other brands will face direct competition

Huawei is poised to become the first company in the world to introduce a phone with three displays, a move that will put it in competition with South Korean brands Samsung, who currently produce the majority of foldable phones.

Samsung has not yet released a phone with multiple hinges. Apart from this, the iPhone 16 series is set to launch on September 9, and Apple has yet to release any foldable devices.
