For this, the dealership is taking a token amount of Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000. According to a new report related to this new Thar, it will have many engine options. Which will also include a 1.5-liter diesel option.

Design

Looking at the pictures of the 5 door Thar, it is known that its design will be similar to the current 3-door Thar, but its body panels will be completely new.

It will have long pillars, vertical slatted front grille, round shape headlights, flared wheel arch, spare wheel mounted on upright tailgate, muscular bumper section, boxy shape with rectangular tail lamp. Its track will also be increased to increase stability.

Features

The wheelbase of the 5-door Thar will be about 300mm longer. Its alloy wheels will be brand new. Pillars will be found on its rear door handles. It is believed that it will get an edited touchscreen infotainment system.

However, other features of the cabin will be the same as the 3-door model. The test prototype has been seen only with individual rear seats. However, there is suspense on whether it will get a bench seat behind the second row or only boot space will be kept.
