Samsung Galaxy A06: Everything You Need to Know About the Upcoming India Launch

Now 91Mobile has revealed the price and RAM/storage details of the Samsung Galaxy A06 coming to India. According to the report, retail partners appear to have received an internal document. The report indicates that Samsung will offer the Galaxy A06 in two configurations: 4GB+64GB and 4GB+128GB.

91mobile reports that the Samsung Galaxy A06’s entry-level 4GB RAM and 64GB model will cost Rs 9,999 in India, while the 4GB + 128GB variant will cost Rs 11,499. Samsung has not yet confirmed the launch date of the Galaxy A06.

A few days ago, Samsung launched the Galaxy A06 in Vietnam. Maybe the Indian model will have the same hardware. The phone gets a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 1600 x 720 pixel resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a waterdrop notch for the selfie shooter. Its screen size is the same as the Galaxy A05.

The MediaTek Helio G85 SoC processor, which also powers the Galaxy A05, will power the handset. Speaking of the camera, the Samsung Galaxy A06 has a 50MP + 2MP dual camera setup at the back and an 8MP shooter at the front for selfies. The phone runs on Android 14 OS out of the box. The company is providing 2 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches.

The Samsung Galaxy A06 has a 5,000mAh battery with 25W wired charging support, just like the Galaxy A05. Connectivity options include 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
